Introduction to Cabinetry

During this seven-evening class, you will learn to construct a cabinet carcass and fit it with doors and drawers.  The class will cover design considerations, joinery options, layout of materials, cutting sequence, gluing and squaring-up the assembly.  Door construction will cover options to avoid warpage, expansion concerns, joinery, hardware selection, and getting a perfect fit.  Drawer construction will discuss details of fitting, aligning, and guiding drawers.
